We keep being told that change is good and that things are always happening for the better. Or else we used to be told that a lot.. It could make you feel rage and that would be appropriate at times. Perelandra ETS+ is a great stabilizer for those days, these days and every day in between. Writing prompt: celebrate your every days, the beautiful small moments that you do seemingly have control over. Writing prompt: Did you spend any time outside today? Nature is always there, ready to replenish you. Today I am grateful for the realization that a lot of my online interactions (they're not really interactions) because they really are one sided) they are under the supposition that I hope I will change the minds of others about things. When I realized I don't need to do that, it opened up a space in my life that was a very good thing. Here are our dear old friends, beginning to wake up: It is cold out tonight!

I did not realized what a perfectionist I was until I found myself replacing pages in journal redos - I had forgotten a period at the end of a sentence. I edited the page, and then replaced it in the journal. This is a good day to ponder what we spend out time on.. Writing prompt: observe where you spend your time today. Keep track. Writing prompt: Any surprises where your time went? How much of your time is guided by your intuition, how much by instinct? When I consider which journal to redo, sometimes I'm guided by a recent sale, I'll look at the journal and think "Gosh, that can use a new cover." And off I go, into Canva, to do some creating. It's interesting to see how the colors and the choices I've made have changed over the years. The first journal I published was back in 2016, but I am especially proud of the Legacy journals, with prompts. I also am very proud of the Pole Dance journals, and the Nellie Bly updates. If only there were more hours of the day to spend on what we really love doing. What we really love doing. What we really love. How are you spending your time today?
