The last day of June, and it has been a momentous month. I am always amazed at how much I've learned when I look back over the past month, or two or three.. This morning at about 3am the strong scent of skunk woke me up. It was overpowering as it came through the open window and I worried what the effect might be on the animals I live with. I decided to do some nature shifts with my Perelandra essences, using my plat of survey and a picture of the front of my house. Calling all forces as it were. Shifting for the soil, the plants, the animals, the water and the air of my personal environment. It took less than 10 minutes and I felt I had given the gift of support, strength and stability to my property, using focused clarity. I was pouring out a dish of cat food when suddenly the dish overturned and cat food spilled everywhere. As I got the broom and dustpan, I wondered that when such things happen, I could reframe it. I could think of this as a 'holding space,' that my Divine Self (or the powers that be) needs as a pause on my path so that things can then line up to reflect space for what happens next. Put another way: this pause could be so that things can line up for my Divine Plan and/or the Divine Blueprint of my life.. And, what if the task of sweeping and dustpan brought me out of myself, just enough, to allow for the shifts that I need, for now, for this day, week, etc? It can be reassuring and comforting to know that higher forces are at work in our lives. Even in a moment of spilled cat food. Writing prompt: taking action influencing your outcome.
