Roger Hamilton has created several companies that offer wonderful products, but is the world ready for his vision? Can his companies catch up? 
I've known about Roger Hamilton's Wealth Dynamics program since around 2011, I used to listen to audios of the program as I walked in the woods every day.  Bought his Millionaire Mindset book in 2015. This summer of 2019 I began looking at his GeniusU, which is a culmination of his work, and a gathering place for entrepreneurs for the new century.  It sounds very promising and optimistic, and offers a lot, in fact it's one huge gamification site, offering tokens, avatars, fun progress charts, etc, that catch the eye.  I liked what I saw and I became a Citizen member for the $99 annual price.  I became acquainted with the 'Mentor' status that some people had - if you're a mentor you can take on clients and help people. Roger talks about how we need to do business in new ways - that the old ways of door to door selling and ads - like Facebook ads - are becoming a thing of the past.  I wanted to know more and I wanted to be part of this new way of being a successful entrepreneur.  As I explored one of the mentors - the price tag for her course is over $3000 and included of all things help with - Facebook ads.  Huh.  On GeniusU I explored posts by members - the site now claims over one million members - and most posts get about 3 - 7 likes at the most, so getting exposure for my business wasn't going to be as easy as I thought.  I liked how you can offer tokens to help with environmental issues - I think the company that runs that is in Asia somewhere, and you can do "do good giving," but on closer examination, one program you can sponsor is to offer pesticides for small farms in India. Yuck.
And not one word is said for supporting population control, which has to be a big part of solving our planet's crises...
But my biggest issue with GeniusU is with the customer service in trying to get issues resolved, and the purpose of this letter: I don't think Roger Hamilton realizes the passive aggressive tactics his management team is using in communications their customers.  I've decided to leave GeniusU for some of the concerns I've written about, and I wanted to somehow get this message to Mr. Hamilton - who is busy with his IPO and opening new schools (I get several emails every week about these.)  Worthy causes to be sure, but I think he can do better in customer service by stopping the passive aggressive tactics and getting his management to live up to the principles he has based the creation of his companies upon.
