Hope

In 2016 one of our dear friends passed away unexpectedly the day before the election, on Nov 7, 2016. We were filled with grief and shock. This mingled with my grief and shock and I don't know which I cried more about - trump being elected or our friend's death. 
How is today different than in 2016? I suppose my strategies have changed and they offer me support and strength. Even though again, things seem very grim, I can't help but think that we are evolving no matter what, and that the way that technology is evolving, more is being revealed and will continue to help us be more honest in the days, weeks, months and years to come. Here's our spirituality, come to offer support as well. On yesterday's theme of the news making me sick, I will continue that theme and make sure to take care of myself and my loved ones.
