Serenity

It's definitely easier 
I wrote that, but then I was interrupted or distracted by something. I wonder what I thought was 'definitely easier' in the context of 'Serenity..'  It's Saturday morning and the day has many opportunities that I hope I will not squander. There are always the chores, and then the connections, choices, ideas, thoughts, questions and plans. Between all these moments, I can connect with serenity. The pause for a before any activity so that I can make that thoughtful connection before taking action.

Today's Halloween film is 'Young Frankenstein.' Written by Gene Wilder and Mel Brooks from 1974. Full of gags and laughs and references to earlier Frankenstein films. They even used the original laboratory equipment from the original 1931 Frankenstein movie for the laboratory scenes.
Today I am grateful for a present moment pause while enjoying my delicious green tea..
Today I can give from my heart: acting instead of reacting in encounters with others
